The Alps are a stunning beautiful and diverse region starting in the West at Monaco, France, to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy, Austria, Slovenia and Germany. As an Austrian, André Heller, used to say: "Die wahren Abenteuer sind im Kopf und sind sie nicht im Kopf, dann sind sie nirgendwo" what means: "The true adventures are in our heads, and if they are not in our heads they are nowhere".
